Come and listen to the ghastly ghost stories, local lore, and the daunting data from our guides and ghost hunters as you go back in time to visit the long-ago residents of the Major Graham Mansion.  Come and visit the mansion, slaves’ quarters, and shackle room, listen to the stories, and catch a glimpse of a passing phantom!   See for yourself if these restless spirits of the past continue to haunt the present-day grounds!

Haunted History Tours are approximately 90 minutes long.  The tour begins in the General Store where guests buy their tickets and peruse Graham Mansion history.  Your tour guide will meet you there on the hour and lead you across the grounds, back in time, into the mansion’s  haunted history.   Guests will trace the phantom footsteps of Martha Bell Peirce Graham, Squire David Graham,  Bettie Graham Robinson, and “Clara”….. through the cavernous mansion,  and perhaps catch a fleeting glance of an ever mournful, mysterious young bride.  Guests will then proceed to the Slaves’ Quarters and hear the facts and paranormal evidence surrounding the 1786 murder of  then property owner Joseph Baker and the ultimate hangings of the his slave attackers.  The tour ends after an eerie visit to the  the shackle room and  a seated introduction to our ghost hunters.  You will be invited to listen to EVPs, watch apparitions captured on video, view their equipment, and review four years of ghost hunting investigation data gathered at the mansion.  Please bring comfortable shoes and…… courage….if you dare join us!  The Haunted History Tours are seasonal and run from June through November on select Sunday evenings. Cost is $15 per person at the door.  Groups larger than four persons must prepay by phone to secure their reservations.  MasterCard, Visa, and cash are accepted.  Please enter through the massive front, wrought iron gates and park beside the mansion side entrance.   Reservations for groups of three or less are strongly recommended as space is limited.  This tour is not accessible for the handicapped due to the nature of the tour and the historic property limitations.  By purchasing their tickets, guests agree to hold harmless the property owner, corporation, and their employees and agents from an injury or mishap while on the Major Graham Mansion property.
